As part of the Signature Group Chef Series, join Willie G's Seafood for a unique dining experience hosted by our Executive Chef Ashley Gadson. Presenting "St Lucia Island Dinner", a 5 course menu accompanied with beverage pairings.

Fresh Crab Meat with Creole Seasoning, Lime Zest, breadcrumbs, passion fruit Aioli

Callaloo Coconut Shrimp 
Dasheen Leaves, Coconut milk, garlic, nutmeg, plantain chip

Fourth Course 
Jerk Lobster Tail 
Marinated and grilled with roasted breadfruit mash and tamarind-glazed veggies
Paired with Ron Zacapa Old Fashion 

Fifth Course 
Spiced Banana Rum Cake 
Infused with St. Lucian rum and nutmeg, caramel sauce, coconut cream & Sorrel Reduction
Paired with Rum Espresso Martini
